Steven Leong has over 15 years of experience in the ETF industry and has extensive expertise in the development and ongoing operation of ETFs. Since 2008, he has worked at BlackRock in Toronto, having previously been based in London, where he focused on UCITS-based iShares ETFs. Steven also served two terms on the OSC’s Investment Funds Technical Advisory Committee. Steven holds a degree in economics from the London School of Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
