Stephen J Hoffman is Managing Director, Exchange Traded Funds at RBC Global Asset Management. Since 2012 Stephen has been responsible for the day-to-day management of RBC ETFs, including overseeing the ETF product shelf (development & management), capital markets relationships and supporting ETF utilization across multiple distribution channels.

Stephen has over 30 years of experience in Canada’s investment industry.  Prior to joining RBC GAM in 2003 he spent 5 years at TD Asset Management and 6 years at Citibank Canada.

Stephen is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business at York University, earning both an MBA and BBA.  He is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. 

In his spare time Stephen likes to spend time making sawdust in his wood shop.
