Managing Director, Product Development & Management, CIBC Asset Management

Tracy has over 25 years of broad and deep experience in the investment management and financial services industry. She is responsible for a team that oversees product innovation, research and development as well as existing product management totalling over $140 billion in assets for CIBC clients across CIBC’s Retail, institutional and external advice channels. Tracy’s career has encompassed many aspects across the financial and investment management industry, including strategic responsibilities in operations and servicing, frontline sales, product analytics and product strategy and development. Prior to joining CIBC, Tracy was VP of Product Development at Talvest Fund Management. Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from John Molson School of Business – Concordia University. Tracy is currently serving as a board member at FundServ and has been a board member at CFIQ, the Conseil des fonds d’investissement du Québec.
