The company is building a cloud-native SaaS platform supporting sales, marketing, data intelligence, compliance, reporting, and AI-assisted workflows.
Position Summary
Hamilton ETFs is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build production-grade software across the front end, back end, APIs, and integrations that support internal teams and external clients. This is a new, full-time permanent position based 100% onsite at 121 King Street West in downtown Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core web application components.
- Develop secure, scalable APIs for CRM workflows, campaign activity, call records, email engagement, user permissions, reporting, and client portals.
- Create modern interfaces for internal teams and external clients.
- Build workflow tools for campaign management, contact management, and operational dashboards.
- Integrate third-party systems, including HubSpot, email platforms, and telephony providers.
- Develop AI-assisted features such as call summarization and lead scoring.
- Collaborate with the Data Platform Engineer on data access patterns and security.
- Implement role-based access control and secure authentication.
- Participate in product planning and technical feature development.
Minimum Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in computer science or a similar field.
- 4+ years of full stack development experience.
- Strong experience with a modern front-end framework (React preferred).
- Back-end expertise in Node.js or Python.
- REST/GraphQL API experience with relational databases.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure design.
- SaaS, CRM, and workflow application experience.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, cloud hosting, testing, and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- LLM integrations and agentic workflows.
- Telephony platforms (Twilio, Plivo).
- Email systems and marketing automation.
- HubSpot CRM integration.
- Financial services or asset management background.
- Observability, monitoring, and event-driven systems.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment.
- SOC 2 compliance and security practices.
