Trade Operations Specialist, Investment Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily purchase and redemption activity for a broad suite of investment products in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
• Coordinate trade settlements, portfolio transactions, and cash movements accurately and on schedule.
• Produce recurring operational and analytical reports for internal teams, including performance, sales, share activity, and fee-related reporting.
• Monitor product website data for accuracy and coordinate updates or corrections where necessary.
• Collaborate with accounting, marketing, sales, custodians, and external vendors to support end-to-end operational workflows.
• Perform fee and expense reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in financial services or investment operations; Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment with fluctuating priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Programming, automation, or data management skills are considered assets.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy within the organization. The anticipated annual base salary range for the Trade Operations Specialist, Investment Operations position is $65,000 to $85,000. The exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and budget.
